The Rusty Nail Saloon serves guests from the hotel lobby and waterpark, open Fridays 5-9 PM, Saturdays noon-10 PM, and Sundays 11 AM-3 PM. The front desk offers 24/7 food service including homemade 12-inch thick crust pizzas, candy, chips, ice cream treats, and beer until midnight. The on-site chef provides buffet-style meals, formal sit-down dinners, and hors d'oeuvres spreads for events.
Recreation Facilities
The 12,000-square-foot indoor waterpark features two tower slides, a zero-depth kiddie pool, activity pool, basketball hoops, and a large whirlpool. Deer Valley Golf Course offers 27 holes across three courses: Ridge, Prairie, and Valley. The property includes a game room and access to Governor Dodge State Park trails, which contains 5,270 acres with two lakes, waterfalls, and 40 miles of hiking trails.

Situated in the rolling hills of south-central Wisconsin, the lodge is 70 km from Dane County Regional Airport. The property borders Governor Dodge State Park and is within walking distance of the Military Ridge State Park Trail. Yellowstone Lake State Park, featuring a 455-acre lake for boating and fishing, is nearby. The area includes Tyrol Basin ski area with 16 slopes and a half-pipe.

This hotel is a real gem! The rooms are large and have handicap size bathrooms, which is super convenient. The staff provided exceptional service, making our stay truly delightful.
